Most couples come to me knowing they want beautiful invitations. What they don’t always realize is that by the end of our process, they have something bigger than that, a full wedding brand. A monogram, a font, a color palette, a cohesive visual identity that carries from the first envelope their guests open to the last sign they see on the wedding day. So here’s exactly how we get there!

#1. It starts with a conversation.
Every project begins with an inquiry and a call. We talk through your wedding vision, the venue, the vibe you’re going for, and any ideas you already have. By the end of it, I have enough to start thinking creatively about what your suite could look like. From there, I put together a custom proposal, invitations, and signage tailored to the direction we’re already heading.

#2. Then we get into the details.
Once you book, I will send over an invitation questionnaire and a set of paper samples so you can actually feel the difference between printing types and embellishments. The design process is collaborative. I need to get inside your head a little—sometimes that means another call or two to make sure what I’m designing actually matches what you’re envisioning. About three months before your wedding date, your invitations go in the mail.

#3. We bring it to the wedding day.
Around that same three-month mark, we reconnect to talk about signage. By now, your wedding brand is established, the monogram, the fonts, and the colors are all locked in from the invitation process. This is where we figure out how to carry all of that through to the day itself. If you have a wedding planner, I love including them in this conversation. On your wedding day, I deliver everything on-site or ship directly to you or your planner if you’re an out-of-state couple.

That’s the full process from first inquiry to the last sign on your wedding day. So if you are looking to get married in 2027, don’t wait until the last minute. Let’s build your dream wedding together!
