Gracie and Scooty escaped the Texas heat to the bride’s childhood town of Bend, Oregon for a pink on pink summer celebration at Brasada Ranch! It started, as most weddings do, with a beautiful set of invites that featured delicate modern florals, Audrey Hepburn stamps and pink chiffon ribbon! I hand-outlined a single floral motif which I used as both a stand alone design element and built a pattern from.
Those same elements we then worked into their signs, using the custom floral pattern from the liners as a backdrop to the welcome sign, table numbers, and guestbook signs. The same pink on pink tones were used throughout along with soft linen fabric textures for the bar and seating chart installs. The welcome sign set here was my favorite- featuring the floral pattern AND a soft linen front that added layering, texture and subtle movement! To get the floral background I turned their liner pattern design into a custom wallpaper print and then ordered it in the dimensions I needed! The ceremony site here can be windy so we staked this one down before Autry’s worked their magic with florals.
The table settings featured menus and table numbers with the same colors and papers again as the invites- even down to the custom wax seals and ribbon! This wedding was the perfect example of establishing your wedding brand early and how your invites can translate into real life on the wedding day! These two were the sweetest to work with and the Ponderosa Planning team coordinated a stunning event as always! I got to be on site and set up all these fun details in person- always a rewarding process and I LOVE seeing your venues and details come to life on the big day!
