Matt + Michelle kicked off their wedding weekend the California way — with ocean views, blue-on-blue details, and an intimate dinner overlooking the San Francisco Bay. The design leaned into coastal tones without feeling themed. Layered shades of blue set the foundation, allowing texture and shape to do the storytelling. Custom pebble-shaped menus brought a soft, organic element to the table settings, subtly nodding to the shoreline just beyond the restaurant.
Each place setting featured a small crab-shaped place card, a playful but refined detail that felt right at home in the Bay. That same crab motif carried over to the bar menu, this time translated into wood for added warmth and contrast. This welcome party set the tone for the weekend ahead and was a sweet reflection of both the setting and the couple!
