Black Butte Ranch provided a stunning mountain backdrop for Kristen and Michael’s wedding day, setting the stage for a celebration filled with vibrant color, thoughtful design, and unforgettable floral moments. From the very beginning, this wedding was layered with personality and intention, blending bold details with refined craftsmanship.

The true showstopper of the day was the seating chart display. Custom wallpaper, dramatic lighting, and an epic floral installation transformed the cocktail hour (and later dance floor space) into an immersive design moment that drew guests in immediately. It was equal parts functional and artistic, proving just how impactful signage can be when it’s treated as a focal point rather than an afterthought.

Complimenting the boldness of the seating chart were custom pocket dinner menus paired with warm, naked wood accented table numbers. These natural textures created a beautiful contrast against the bright floral palette, grounding the vibrant colors while still allowing them to shine. The balance between playful color and organic materials carried through the entire design, giving the day a polished yet approachable feel.

Personal monogram details appeared throughout the celebration, adding another layer of cohesion to the overall aesthetic. From the custom invitations to the wedding day signage, each piece felt intentionally connected, reinforcing the couple’s vision and tying every element together seamlessly.
