Julie and Jeff’s wedding at Black Butte Ranch was a perfect reflection of their story as airline pilots. With the mountains as their backdrop, they chose soft champagne and blush details that paired perfectly with the natural setting and included stunning details that gave a nod to their shared love for flying.
Guests were welcomed with signage that tied into the aviation theme, complete with a custom winged monogram and vintage airplane sketches. The seating chart and welcome sign was a “check-in” display and a theme that was carried from ceremony to reception.
Custom letterpress menus were designed as “boarding passes”, a playful detail that highlighted their shared profession while doubling as a unique keepsake that was paired with airplane bottle openers. The napkins, bar signs and even cards and gift table all carried the same aviation monogram and font details, ensuring the theme was woven into every part of the day.
This mountain wedding balanced romance with a touch of personality, giving Julie and Jeff a day that felt unmistakably theirs and won’t be forgotten by their guests!
